We are opening our collaborator roster for ATÖLYE Space.

This is a call to join our freelancer pool, not an active hire. We build this roster so that when the right project lands, we can move quickly with people we trust. If your work fits, we will be in touch when a brief comes through.

About ATÖLYE

ATÖLYE is a strategic design and innovation studio.

We work with leaders across the Middle East and Europe who are shaping long-term futures in conditions of complexity and rapid change.

Our work encompasses strategy, design, architecture and technology, delivered through three interconnected practices - Academy, Space and 360 - held together by a Creative Hub in Dubai's Emirates Towers.

Who we're looking for:

Spatial Designers/Architects - interior, experiential and exhibition designers who can take a brief from concept through to technical documentation. All levels, from early-career to principal. A track record on cultural, learning or community-facing spaces is a plus.

3D & 2D Modelling - CAD and 3D modelling specialists across Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max and AutoCAD. Clean files, accurate documentation, and the ability to flex between concept exploration and construction sets.

Rendering - photorealistic and stylised rendering, still and motion. V-Ray, Corona, Unreal, Enscape, Twinmotion - whichever tools you use, we want to see the work.

About ATÖLYE Space

ATÖLYE Space designs physical and hybrid environments as strategic infrastructure that actively shapes culture, behaviour and performance. We blend service design into the architectural process across every phase - building the brief alongside users, executing the core design end-to-end, and onboarding people into the space once it is live - so that the environments we create are socially, financially and environmentally sustainable.

Our work spans cultural venues, learning environments, workplace, public realm and experiential installations across the Gulf. We have delivered spaces for partners including Dubai Future Foundation, EXPO 2020 and DIFC Academy.

How we work with collaborators

Engagements are project-based. Most work is delivered for clients in the UAE or KSA - remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on the brief. You would work alongside our in-house team, not instead of it.

Collaborators are treated as an extension of our team - briefed, credited and supported as such.

Able to deliver in Arabic, English, or both - tell us which

Comfortable working across cultures and, where relevant, in Arabic-speaking environments
