We are opening our collaborator roster for ATÖLYE Academy.

This is a call to join our freelancer pool, not an active hire. We build this roster so that when the right project lands, we can move quickly with people we trust. If your work fits, we will be in touch when a brief comes through.

About ATÖLYE

ATÖLYE is a strategic design and innovation studio.
We work with leaders across the Middle East and Europe who are shaping long-term futures in conditions of complexity and rapid change.

Our work encompasses strategy, design, architecture and technology, delivered through three interconnected practices - Academy, Space and 360 - held together by a Creative Hub in Dubai's Emirates Towers.

Who we're looking for:

• Facilitators (Arabic and non-Arabic, all levels) - practitioners who can hold a room, adapt in real time across diverse audiences (students, educators, executives, community groups), and co-deliver with our in-house team.
  Bilingual Arabic/English facilitators are particularly valued.

• Learning Designers (Arabic and non-Arabic, all levels) - curriculum, instructional and experience designers who are comfortable across in-person, blended and digital formats. Bilingual Arabic/English facilitators are particularly valued.

• Subject Matter Experts (K–12 / Higher Education) - educators, researchers and practitioners with depth in specific subjects, pedagogies or sectors (STEM, humanities, 21st-century skills, wellbeing, future of work, and beyond).

• Measurement & Impact - M&E specialists who can design evaluation frameworks, run mixed-methods research, and help us show rigorous evidence of learning outcomes and social impact.

• Coaches - certified or experienced coaches (executive, team, educator, youth) we can plug into longer-form programmes.

ATÖLYE Academy empowers individuals, teams and organisations to thrive in an ever-evolving world by equipping them with the skills, mindsets and values needed to navigate complexity and drive meaningful change. We do this through immersive and experiential learning journeys - tailor-made to align with each client's strategic priorities, and designed to foster future-fit leadership and purpose-driven cultures.

Work spans single workshops and bootcamps through to multi-year capacity-building programmes for schools, universities, corporates, ministries and community partners across the Gulf.

How we work with collaborators

Engagements are project-based. Work is delivered for clients in the UAE or KSA - remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on the brief. You would work alongside our in-house team, not instead of it.

Collaborators are treated as an extension of our team - briefed, credited and supported as such.

Who should apply

• Freelance, or set up to invoice as such

• Based in the UAE or KSA, or with a track record of regional delivery

• Able to deliver in Arabic, English, or both - tell us which

• Comfortable working across cultures and, where relevant, in Arabic-speaking environments
